2011 was the last year of the Lotus Festival before the highly anticipated re-opening of Echo Park Lake, slated for Spring 2013.  

Lotus Festival 2011, Underwhelming*

Attendance At This Weekend’s Lotus(less) Festival? Why, Yes!
