Echo Park’s Triangle Plaza

Echo Park’s Triangle Plaza

Look out, Silver Lake!  Echo Park can one-up your green polka-dotted Triangle Plaza with something better — er, a roof top deck, cafe, and restaurant bathed in industrial steel chic by architectural rock stars, Spacecraft (of vaudeville theater-cum-Mohawk Bend gastropub fame, to name a few).

The new development at 1340 Glendale and Montana is actively pursuing new tenants to set up shop for completion in the 2nd quarter of 2013.

Dimensions for interested Leasees:

  • Ground floor retail or restaurant, 4,045 sq. ft. at $3.95/sq. ft./month
2 additional outdoor dining spaces anchor the space
  • 12 parking spaces
  • Roof top dining, 2,000 sq. ft., triple net lease at $1.95/sq. ft./month

Envisioned as future public space by Council District 13, the former gas station parcel is just one of the many projects in line for a more pedestrian, plaza-friendly neighborhood.

With Echo Park Lake re-opening Spring 2013, we’ll be picnicking and frolicking on a grassy knoll in no time.
